Daniela has vast experience in the self-discovery territory. For the last ten years, her personal story led her to search for answers in many schools where psychology and spirituality meet. Currently, she is undertaking a postgraduate degree in Holistic Counselling and Psychotherapy at Metavision Institute and is completing her placement at Qualità Psychology. Through the method of Process Work Psychology, she opens space for critical questioning and reflection on the human condition and spirituality and their relationship to well-being.
Her psychotherapeutic approach is trauma-informed and involves the comprehensive awareness framework drawing from Jungian and Gestalt psychologies, Taoism philosophy, indigenous knowledge, and physics. Daniela employs body-focused methods, where deep insights emerge, bringing clarity to presenting issues.
Daniela uses a holistic approach that looks the person as a whole, considering their body, mind and spiritual well-being. Holding a space of love and compassion, allowing an intimate relationship with one’s inner world. Through practices of self-awareness and creative methods, Daniela uses a person-centred approach to guide the client’s individual process.
